Day 1408 Its New Years eve!

Blow the horns and have a snort of some bubbly. As we usher in 2012. We have been down the road a piece. Starting on February 23RD 2008. As the number reads 1408 days has past. The number seems both big and small.

Be thankful one and all for the joy that we have found through the years. It is almost a delicious feeling to love the workout. To sense the expectation of the next workout.

Today, to end the year with a bang we do a two hour workout.Yesterday, at the daily toil I did walk close to 3 miles. So my legs feel fresh.

God bless all and here we go!

Felt awesome, as I burned 2650 calories in two hours and two minutes.I had to get that two extra minutes in! I weighed in at 181.

Day 1407 As the cold weather climbs in

Here I am heading for my fourth January. I am trying to reflect on the other three.Well, right now with out the aid of Yahoo calendar I can only say, pass.

A early workout prior to a few days of later ones.

Burned 1300 in sixty did 25 chin ups, 300 killer crunches, 430 crunches 510 crunches 800 crunches, 4 minutes and  started at 5 am.

Day 1408 here it comes.. New Year's Eve.

Day 1406 We our getting the ole feeling back!

My legs felt very good today. Burning 1308 and weighing in at 182 had me feeling great. I did no chin ups but did 250 killer crunches and 350 crunches with 450 q's and 800 floor crunches. Plus 4 minutes of plank.

Day 1405 We are up early

Ah, yes as fresh as a daisy. Here we go.

Blasted out a sixty and burned 1318 and weighed in at 183. Along with that did 20 chin ups 200 killer crunches and 300 crunches 400 q crunches and 800 floor crunches enjoyed 3 minutes of plank.

Day 1406 we are on our way to 1400 with double digits!

Day 1404 Maybe it is 22 times we have done 2 hour workouts

As I finished my 2 hour and one minute workout I could not remember how many times I had done a two hour cardio workout.

I burned 2631 calories today. My weight was 184. I slept for 8 hours for the second night in a row. Tomorrow we get our 410 am call to action and I do have another two hour workout on my mind.

Day 1405 we are a nickel nickel from FOUR years--- Sweet.

Day 1403 As we charge towards four years

Today we head into work for a day then a day off. Since Christmas fell on a Sunday this year I am entitled to have a day off during the week of Christmas. I chose Tuesday. However, I will work Wednesday through Friday at the daily toil and Saturday night at the weekend gig. I will be off Sunday through Tuesday of the following week.

Today, its a later jump to the gym as I need to hurry off to work immediately after the gym.

I will post my workout at lunch time today. Christmas was a nice day. A morning walk and a day  of sitting and I guess relaxing.

Burned 1348 in sixty then headed to work post haste.

Merry Christmas as we walked about 5 miles with the weighed vest. It was fun, cold and challenging.

Day 1401 On a day off we do two, das it!


When I do not work all day I workout on the cardio for two hours. I burned 2625 calories in the two hours and did 22 chin ups , 270 killers,370 crunches  370 q crunches 800 floor crunches and 3 minutes of plank. I wish I could have done more as I weighed in at 180 pounds.

Feeling awesome I am now fit to celebrate the Christmas...

Day 1400 Say what?

This is just a plateau. Now, I can see farther.Thank you. It is only fitting that December 23rd 2011 is 1400 day while February 23rd 2012 is the fourth year.Four years make a leap year, as in 2008, I did workout on February 29th.

Now we set our sights on FEBRUARY 23RD. oNLY SIXTY DAYS UNTIL WE HIT FOUR YEARS.

A good workout today 1298 calories burned 21 chin ups 120 killer c's 330 crunches and 450 qc's. Plus, 800 floor crunches and 3 minutes of plank -185 weight!

Day 1399 We realize this a marathon and not a sprint

When the goal is to hit four years and the goal is clearly in sight, we begin to push a little harder. My leg is my leg what more can I say since about Day 1387 its has been barking what else can I do? We just go for it!

Today was a 1285 burn calorie and 21 chin up,210 k crunch, 330 crunch, 430 q crunch, 800 floor crunch and a 4 minute plank. Weighed in at  183.

Now its here Day  1-4-0-0! Right on schedule and yes, the sun is shining.

Day 1398 As we march toward the new city

Bare with me as I pretend 1400 days is a city. You and I have traveled along way on foot. The sky is clear in the not too distant horizon we can see the city.The lights are not on, but soon it will be dawn and people will be moving about. The city we are approaching is called 1400 days. At this time of year it has a certain glow.

Hooray and a sense of awe washes over as we are 2 workouts away from the city.

Okay back to reality. Not really, burned 1300 in sixty and did 20 chinups 200k crunches 350 crunches 400 crunches and 800 floor crunches 4 minute plank and weighed in at 184.

Day 1397 A great effort

On 17 hours of rest we came out of our corner swinging. It is like home room your there for but 1/12 of your day and you are on your way. Tell what are the alternatives?

We did 1273 calories in sixty as we get ever closer to the big and I mean big 1400. Did 10 chin ups 100 killer crunches ,200 crunches, 300 quantum machine crunches, 800 floor crunches and 3 minutes of plank. Weighed in at 182.

Day 1396 A great refreshing workout

Today was awesome. I was able to do a good 1317 calorie burnworkout along with some very good ab work. I started at 947 am as today was a day off from wor I slept later and felt great upon rising.

With only  four to fourteen hundred I amone psyched person right now. Saw a person I had not seen in about forty years. Wow that is crazy.

Day 1397 we crank it up one more time.

Day 1395 Only five days to hit 1400

Gee, that is obvious. Down to this time of on the journey. I have given myself a twenty four hour plus rest. I believe this will help in my calories burn per hour . My number has been stuck under 1300 for a few days.

The work today should not be quite as tough only because I am scheduled to work less hours.

Over past two days I have workout and worked about 24 hours. I feel good as I slept from 2 am to 730 am this morning.

Here we go!

For another day  my numbers would have been good .Now, they are rather weak compare to my prior 1380 days. My leg is sore but, I feel it will get better.

Day 1396 another day off what slaggard - Ah its a vacation sure. Well workout harder then!

Day 1394 Coming off the deck from a heavy work day

The old saying makes it simple to understand-Let us make hay while the sun is shining. As I put in from 11:15 am to 10:30 pm yesterday, I awoke today at 5:45 am ready for the workout and another day ahead.

Yes, it was a battle but I did get paid for 19and half hours.  Which is hard to do, on a normal day.

So now, it is off to the gym then to work at 11:10 am.

We do it because the invisible fibers are so strong and are fastened so tight to the action that it is very difficult to break.

After a long days journey into night  yesterday, we burned 1282 calories in the hour. to today.

Our bodies operate and are regulated by a simple ebb and flow. The ebb is the recieving of energy the flow is the release of energy. Once we deermine where we will get our energy from are bodies are searching for a place and process to release it.

I have obseved that hyper people usually take in little energy and yet release even more energy than the average person.

Day 1393 We have hacked our way through the path

As I am getting ready for another performance I am counting exactly how many sixty minute workouts I have done in the last 1392 days. Fourteen hundred and eleven workouts. That is an average of 1.01364943 workouts per day. The day off from one job has afforded me an opportunity to work another. In essence, this is a black friday as I get paid at both jobs today.So I gain a profit for doing both. If you look at it from a money earning stand point I am working two jobs at the same time.One job is paying vacation time, while the other is paying regular work time.

I would  be fat dumb and happy if the jobs paid well but, its nice to feel like I am  being paid twice for my efforts.


Hey, I have no gripes I chose what I am doing so be it.

So as this body that is determined to reach four years.Let's gets moving in on the day ahead. I pray for all at this Christmas time.

Day 1393 workout - weighed in at 186 again. Un explicable burned 1294 calories in the hour. Did 20,300,400, 400,800, 3 min plank .

Feeling like my mind and heart wish to do more however, my body is not ready to do more. Have a full day ahead. As the double may actually be more lucrative than I originally thought.

Day 1392 I did it anyway

The body does what the mind tells it to do.The heart convinces the mind that now is the time to do it. Then the soul if it is good,  expresses its blessing over all that is done.

We approach each day with a fresh outlook. So we charged ahead despite a sore achilles and a tight body. We burned 1257 calories in an hour without the vest. With 30 300 330 400 700 3 min in at 186 the most in  quite a while.

Day 1390 Very chilly today

Went to the gym at the usual time and enjoyed a nice shower after a great workout. Where  I burned 1285 in sixty minutes without the vest. It felt good blasting sans vest. I slipped around the circuit of chin ups crunches and plank. I was still wearing my wet workout clothes so I shortened my circuit because I was freezing.

Day 1387 The weather is starting look like..


Christmas! As we are inside of twenty days. We are now 15 days from Christmas and 13 until we hit the big, and I mean big 1400. As I give myself some sober reflection on what blessing and energy it has taken to move to this point on the calendar, I am moved by where I am.

We are a few minutes away from enjoying another workout. My effort today will be to do sixty with the vest. My burns have been down per hour. My goal is to surpass 1300 per hour.

Well, I hit my goal with the vest 1301 calories burned in sixty minutes

I felt less exhausted than yesterday. Exhaustion is not a bad feeling to have - I love Lombardi quote---

Day 1386 Messing with computer

Now we start our day off.

First workout, he is the most uninteresting man in the world.

As the human body never ceases to amaze. I burned 2538 calories in a 2 hour workout while wearing the weighted vest. I did some other exercises assisted chin up along with killer crunches 100, regular crunches 100, quantum crunches 100, floor crunches 400 and 2 minute plank.

After the two hour workout I felt like I worked really hard.

Day 1385 We do two when we can

I did another two hour workout on the Cybex arc trainer while wearing the sixteen pound weighted vest ( that got heavier by the minute) and burned 2544 calories. A awesome work out that sent my body into a tranquil state.

As I prepare for my yearly physical. I weighed in at 179 pounds.

I have been fasting since 850 pm last night. It is now 845 am-

My mind is swimming with positive thoughts as I am grabbing a few minutes prior to going to the doctors office.

Since reading Tony Robbins I have been trying to be more in tune with my emotions.

Day 1384 I need to be more ....

What do I need to be more of? Or do i need to be less of. Tony Robbins in his book Awaken the Giant within talks about not suppressing our emotions. In stead of hold back all them to come forward in an empowering way. Master your emotions for a better life.

I believe that. In Napoleon Hill's book Think and Grow Rich he speaks of the power of the ability to transmute one desire to another. Well, in essence Tony is saying identify the feeling and harness it.

Day 1383 Almost four years

We are we relentless in our pursuit of this goal of continuing our streak of doing a work out of sixty minutes or more of cardiovascular activity every day. To total all the sixty minute workouts would be a total of 1402 in that period of time. For the last 63 days I have worn the weighted vest about half the time.

Today I rode hard and burned 1314 calories while wearing the vest for the sixty minute workout.

I believe when we increase our accountability. We will improve on our chances of reaching our goals.

Day 1381 We are up earlier on this fine Sunday morning

We commence early today as we will be at work at a different time. My Sunday's in the past 100 or so have been a day of rest  prior to work. Today, will be a little different as I now will wait for the gym to open around 7 am. I plan to do a good cardiovascular workout of sixty minutes and then be at the job by 10 am.

My blog followers, I will embrace the challenge and cut out around 2 pm. As I think about it it sure does sound like much but, these days I will take what I can.

Its now 540 am and I am focusing in, on the workout.

We were strong! Burned 1336 calories while wearing the vest. All done in one hour. The days of wearing the vest are mounting. I think I have my appetite a little more under control.

Now, we have day 1382 coming at us!

Day 1380 We have gone to the the very top of this mountain

We have not reached the summit but, we are indeed in full  view of the top rim. So much has transpired in this fragment of time. It has been an incredible journey of mind, body and spirit. Through it all, I hope I have inspired some. We cannot measure the effort and can only hope that just one person decides to carry the torch.

I sit here on a Saturday morning eighty days from 1460 days. When 1460TH day passes it will be four years. I will have aged four years from the day I set out. God has blessed me in this time to go beyond what I was mortally capable of. I am truly blessed.

Now, we don the vest and head to the gym on a  This day will be 1380/7= 197 TH one Saturday.

Day 1378 We start the month with some fresh insight

I read some of Tony Robbins' book Awaken the Giant within last night and he put across in my mind some very interesting thoughts

He reinforced in my mind the power of our minds. The most powerful  is the feeling of certainty the dictionary defines this word: as can be defined as either: perfect knowledge that has total security from error, or the mental state of being without doubt Objectively defined, certainty is ... Now, take a second to digest that.

If you  have certainty about your ability to do something you will probably be able to succeed at the task at hand.

There is one powerful note to this.That is, our imagination if harnessed and used properly can propel us to new heights.As our imagination does not care about our successes or failures. If we constant repeat and come to believe what our imagination has created we can achieve more than if we did not use our imagination. .

Day 1377 So now, we end the month

A month that began with a baffling autumn blizzard. One that left  a good portion of the state powerless for days and some weeks.

A month where I renewed my use of the weighted vest. Which has lead to increase in appetite. The vest was used in all but 12 days. In the last 23 days I have worked out while wearing the vest 18 days. In 4 of those days I did 2 hour work outs. So, In the last 23 days I have worked out while wearing the vest 22 times.

Day 1376 That was a challenge but .....

It was worth it! Once I got over the discomfort everything seemed clearer and brighter. Over the last X number of days I have worked out with the weighted vest. In that time span my appetite has increased and I have added a pound or two.

But through it all I feel awesome and strong. Here is a thought, when was the last time you accomplished something and after you did it you said it was a challenge but it was worth it?

Day 1375 Why in the world?

Who knows? We spend our time and give our best effort. Do we really? Do we really what? Give our best effort. Why in the world would we not? I can give a good number of reasons not. I think the number one reason we do not is fatigue. We just do not have the mental or physical energy.

Every time I arrive at this conclusion its usually because I have gotten more rest than I do on average. I feel energized and refreshed. I am asking myself why in the world did not feel this way before.

Yesterday, I workout and worked about 4 hours and quite frankly ate a lot of healthy food and slept more than normal.

Day 1374 Took in some me time

When I got home from work I showered watched sports and some movie and then after eating for the second time of the day I turned in. I was still awake at 130 am. The weekend hours are so different than the week day hours.

I challenge myself every hour to find something to do that challenges my body. Sometimes I get a little over energized and have trouble getting myself to sit quietly in my room.

Today, plain and simple I wore the sixteen pound vest and workout for one hour while burning 1304 calories. Upon completion of the cardiovascular workout I stretched and returned home.

My weight change has been puzzling. On day 1364 I was doing 2 hours with the vest and weighing a little different than I am now.

Who knows maybe its muscle.
Day 1375 we are blasting towards 1400!

Day 1373 My gosh we needed some well deserved rest

I once heard that most of mankind's problems are because they can not sit quietly in their rooms. Well, the interpretation of that statement can vary easily from one person to another but, the belief in that statement is up to the individual.What  you interpret and what you believe from your interpretation is up to you. I guess this is a two fold question, one, how do you interpret the statement? Two, do you believe it is true or false?

Ponder that while I go for a two a day while wearing the sixteen pound weighted vest.I lost a pound while washing it on the third day of wearing it for a 2 hour workout.

Day 1372 Black Friday, how does it relate to the workout?

Not sure, the gym opens at 6 am. In other words, the gym opens an hour and a half later than the normal 430 am. I got an extra 1/2 hour of sleep.However, I went to sleep later.

As we approach this day I know I will only be sat the gym for about an hour an a half.I hope it opens a little earlier so I can do my hour and stretch and get ready for work.

Here I go!

Got there at 540 got in at 545 was out by 710 am.While I was there I did sixty minutes and burned a paltry 1283 calories. My legs might have been stiff from yesterday's two a day. But my energy needs to go up. The problem is now my energy is low and my weight is creeping up.

As we peer ahead towards day 1373.

Day 1371 Happy Thanksgiving

The times are pretty awesome right now, as the Holiday season is officially here.Yes, folks 2011 is in its last days as it will end with the traditional holidays. Most will fight hard to enjoy their deserved tasty treats, while others will challenge themselves to eat wiser and workout harder.

The gym opens at 7 am I am determined to get in 2 hours without the vest this morning.

In two hours I burned 2560 calories( done without the seventeen pound weighted vest)

That was my 19TH extra workout. I have now done 1390 workouts in the last 1371 days.
After a three day break we do a two a day as we burn 2560 calories in 2 hours. Still do not feel the real good zip and zing but, felt awesome as we burned the calories. Whether or not you are carrying the sack you still felt the euphoria when your two hours are up.

I have charted the course now I will follow it!

Day 1372  Black Friday. A tight window as the gym opens at 6 am and I need to in work by nine am.

Day 1369 No vest

Lets go! Well sometimes we do not do what we want but, it is refreshing to know you did the best you possibly could on a given day. I finished strong but, ouch this numbers hurt.

It was the first time since Day 1355 that I did not workout with the weighted vest.  So we did 18 sixty minute workout with the weighted vest. I washed the vest prior to day 1367 and lost one weight in the vest as it ripped the weight bag open.So, for the last two days with the vest I did a sixteen pound weight vest workout.

Truth be told? I am still sore from the Saturday Sunday extravaganza of working out. However, I am feeling looser.

Day 1368 Back to the early show

So, we start  early and we see what we got, on this mild(52 degrees) late November morning of 2011. We are off at 436 am....
Slammed! My legs were heavy as the vest workout for the 14TH consecutive day.I think my body needs a little break.As I burned 1268 calories in the hour. I will be back tomorrow but I am not sure if the vest will be on.

You its funny most people do not do things based on logic. My theory is emotions drive most actions. As I have pushed myself to the limit lately I have discovered that when you scrape away all the logic and you are running on a mere thought your emotions kick in.

Believe me there was very little logic in my actions.

Day 1367 Is it fierce determination?

If I was to start reading this blog and I had know idea about the author I would have trouble believing this was a real person. Now, the reason why I say that is who would focus in and do such an unusual routine? I have been looking into an excellent group on facebook called running streak.

Running streak is awesome way for people to motivate one another by sharing their current streaks and recent running accomplishments. I have posted what I have done and am currently working on. One of the members of the group has
been running every day at least one mile for get this the last
31 years !

I have done 18 two  hour a day workouts along with 1366 one hour a day workouts and done the last 12 days while wearing a weighted vest. In addition to the last 12 days the last three have been while wearing the weighted vest for two hours.
 Even that is tiny compare to the scores of people on running streak. We are always reminded that we should compete not compare. How do you feel about this concept?

Day 1367 beckons...... The feeling is intense the moment is held for an hour in this case two. As every once of me attempts to keep moving. I am now happy to say I have completed my fourth day in a row of doing two hour workouts with the weighted vest at 17 lbs.

Today I did :

In two hours I burned 2610 calories( done with the seventeen pound weighted vest)

30 assisted chin ups
200 killer crunches
700 crunches
800 floor crunches
4 minutes of plank

I ready to move on to I guess because time does not really allow a hour workout with vest. But if I did want to push it I can try a two hour workout. However, I would be cutting my routine for getting to go to work and it probably would not be best.

Day 1366 As we embark on a good challenge

Three days in a row for two hours with the vest. News flash the vest will be lighter as while I was washing it and removing the weights in it one of the bags of sand ripped and I had to throw it away.

Now, I will be wearing a lighter  and cleaner vest. We challenge our selves every day. There is no doubt about  a challenge, we do not always make the challenge as difficult.

On with the show we will go.... We did it! Now, its off to the game!

I had a good 3 1/2 miles walk to get to the Yale Bowl. I was able to get there in about 50 minutes.

Awesome day of exercise fun and relaxation.

Day 1365 Day two of a series of four days off

We will head on down to the gym in a few minutes to see if I can do back to back 2 hour workouts while wearing the vest.Yesterday we accomplished the record breaking feat. I am curious to see if I have another one in me. I feel like I do.

Tim Tebow is  a polarizing figure because he has a very positive attitude. Most people would rather be  entertained than told about having a positive attitude.

Here we go ---- We set yet another record as we do another 2 hour workout with the 17 pound  vest. Now today we burned more than yesterday as we burned 2663 calories. I burned 1342 in the first hour. It is great to feel your body and sense how alive it is.

I have found that when you do this exercise two days in a row it makes it harder to quit. I was right there at 1 hour and thirty minutes and I said to myself an hour and a half is good I can just do so extra so other day. Then I said yeah but why waste the run of two days in a row with the 2 hours of using the weighted vest?

Now its onto Day 1366 and another two hour work prior to going to the football game.

Day 1364 We enjoy a day off; we go for ten in a row and a two a day while wearing the vest

On a day off a planned vacation day I choose to go for two hour cardio workouts.This past Sunday I had an not scheduled day off and went to do a two hour cardio workout while wearing the vest and was only able to complete one hour while wearing the vest.It felt awesome  to complete two hours but a little disappointing to only complete one with the vest.

So back on day 1360 we stepped to the plate to see what I had.Now, we are back again.

Ah, a day's break from work. This will be the first of four day's in a row. It has been a long time since I have participated in a sojourn of this nature.

Here goes..... What workout! I did it kept the vest on for all 2 hours and burned 2633 calories. In the first hour I burned
1338 of the 2633 calories.

In two hours I burned 2633 calories( done with the seventeen pound weighted vest)

15 assisted chin ups
100 killer crunches
350 crunches
300 floor crunches
3 minutes of plank

I will admit, I was pretty much done after the 2 hour workout.

It is  such a delicious feeling.

As I wrap up, the feeling of accomplishment matches the overall glow of the workout. Now I chase down some other errands as I continue with my day off. Which does feel weird.


Day 1365 which will be workout # 1381 (as we are 16 workouts ahead of the days) bring it on!.

Day 1363 Make it; nine days in a row wearing the seventeen pound weighted vest!


In sixty minutes I burned 1319 calories( done with the seventeen pound weighted vest)

The seventeen pounds is probably not accurate.I have noticed by the time I complete the sixty minutes the sweat shirt and the vest weighs a lot more.  So, it is safe to say that I am carrying around an extra twenty pounds when I have been doing the workout.

Day 1364 a day off from work!!WE NEED TO DO TWO!

Day 1362 Define worthy goal

When one considers something worthy we must consult the dictionary for the best definition.

Deserving effort, attention, or respect. That about sums it up. I wish to workout everyday for four years to honor my Dad who served fours in the Army in World War II. Imagine that four years. That is a big price to pay for your country and its ideals. Knowing that any day you may be asked to do something dangerous.


My little workout program really pales compare to that.


Day 1363 we are starting to smell 1400 days.

Day 1361 We step up to the plate and see what we got

The weather has turned mild as we set our sights on a record breaking day of wearing the vest for 7TH straight day.

In sixty minutes I burned 1335 calories( done with the seventeen pound weighted vest)

40 assisted chin ups
500 killer crunches
1050 crunches
1100 floor crunches
5 minutes of plank



We conquered the test as we wore the vest for the seventh day time in as many days. And we turned around this awesome workout in 16 hours and 55 minutes.So we did a three a day - oh ya!

Think about it, since 10 am yesterday, until 555am today, we did three 60 minute cardio workouts and in two of the three we did it with the 17 pound weighted vest on!

I am sure that I have never done that before. Awesome and along with that I did a nice ab workout with an assisted chin up set thrown in.

No wonder I feel great.

Day 1362 we keep coming after it.

Day 1360 A day off from work so we do two a day!

In sixty minutes I burned 1354 calories( done with the seventeen pound weighted vest)
then did another sixty minutes with out the vest and burned 1261

That was a battle because in the first hour I challenged by doing the workout with the vest and heavy clothing. On second workout the machine did not adjust to my weight change when I took off my vest.


Awesome feeling. What a rush- WAR=WHAT A RUSH

Day 1358 Happy Veterans Day

A big reason for my streak is to hit four years in tribute to my Dad who served four years in World War II. May God bless you, Dad.

The house is getting a face lift so we are not all together but, we are doing it!

I feel so awesome I can't stand it. There something magical about wearing that vest and working as hard with that vest on. I feel the vest propels me to work even hard harder when I take it off.

Maybe I had too much clothing on.That was the first time in awhile where I said I know I can do it. Usually I don't have to tell myself. However, today, I needed to be reminded.

Day 1354 As we get back to form

Rested and energized we plow through an awesome workout. Sometimes, its not how much you did, its how you did it. I felt awesome burning 1366 prior to 545am this morning. I felt strong after I finished today's workout.

Day 1353 We capitalized on the day of .....

No daylight savings time. As we gain an hour of sleep.Daylight is shorter as I look back at the previous three years in which I have engaged in these times I find that.....2008 I was a maniac,2009 I did the Bristol stop, 2010 I did a two a day! Pretty impressive. We will see what today's rest yields.

Day 1352 A later start for a Saturday

Time to get the show on the road....Burr, on a cold morning. Was up some 21 plus hours yesterday.Good to sleep better to get going!

Christmas is

I know I am blessed when I can and continue to enjoy the workout.

I know to most the workout thought is drudgery and the workout drudgery is drudgery. However, I am here to tell you and will continue to tell you that there is a piece of the kingdom of heaven that is in all of us and some lies in the workout.There are many ways to look at life but, until you have broken through and begin to enjoy the tremendous benefits that you hold inside of you, you will never fully understand what I and many others are talking about.
