I feel so awesome I can't stand it. There something magical about wearing that vest and working as hard with that vest on. I feel the vest propels me to work even hard harder when I take it off.
Third day in a row we wear the vest.
In sixty minutes I burned 1368 calories( done with the seventeen pound weighted vest)
