As of Friday September 29, 2017 (day 7 of fall the one hundred and second longest amount of sunshine of the 365) I have now done 3635.61 workouts in the last 3503 days =1.0379 (wow! 4 %! ) workouts per day 132.61 more workouts than days since February 23, 2008. Twelfth day since 8/31 that I hit the target of the day.

When we are young and growing the world is new and fresh everyday and gives us a sense of unlimited possibilities and as we age our mission in life is to never stop creating that vision of wonder about each day. Our creator has give us a physical map, now its up to us to create our own vision of a map for our lives that fills us with a sense of wonder and excitement.

Week total for Sunday September 24 to Saturday September 30, 365 minutes. Thirteenth workout since spill.Saw Brian Fillmore said I was good to workout on September 15 th for the first time since August 31st  I did a workout at the Doctor's okay that Hit the daily target. Also, at his advice I iced the knee after and took the anti inflammatory. 



I am in hot pursuit of doing  420 minutes for week of Sunday September24 to Saturday September 30, 2017.  The streak of consecutive weeks of hitting 420 minutes ended at 16 as under company doctor orders I was not able to do the exercise. I injured my knee in a fall at work on Saturday September 2nd at 10:30 AM since then my knee has swollen up and thanks to anti inflammatory medicine Meloxicam 15 and a knee brace it is on the mend. However, I will continue to blog my follow up visit with the doctor is Friday September 15 @ 1:30 pm. I am determined to back on schedule. As the blog says very clearly I love to workout and have been showing that love  for over nine years everyday! I have not had any set back of this variety effect the workout like this ever so now I am doing all I can mentally and physically  to support the recovery. I apologize to my readers that gain inspiration from my workouts. I wish you a great day and thanks for reading and following the blog.

Something to ponder:
This issue is small potatoes now.
The Saturday dilemma remains in tact. The gym hours of 7 am to 7 pm allows me a small window to do a hard cardio vascular workout. As I explore that phrase hard cardio vascular workout it means in my terms getting my heart rate up to 120 beats per minute. Which for a person in my condition takes a while and a good deal of resistance. The machine I use at the gym allows me to work my leg muscles very hard which drives my beats per minute up. 
Being a person of optimism I know I am not exploring all my options. Over the last 15 Saturday's give or take one or two I have been getting up at 3 am to be at work about a half hour away by 5 am. As we look we have a slot of 1 and 1 half hours available to squeeze in a HCVW. The question is and its always questions, what workouts are available ? And which do I choose ? How do I add  that unknown workout to the apparent full schedule?  I sit here at 3:48 am on  Saturday September 2nd thinking over these possibilities.

A recent discovery, the phone I carry in my pocket every day since I got it has been recording my steps. I walk about 15,000 steps every work day which is close to 5 miles a day in addition to the one hour of hard cardio and the ab workout.

On Wednesday September 21, 2016 took first tablet of  Nootrocell Focus Focus. Stopped taking on September 14, 2017. Did like the caffeine and taurine.

Its been 381 days since 9/13/16 when I had my cortisone shot in my left shoulder.

The challenge of the day is to put small things away so we may make room for the big things to do both physically and mentally.

As of Monday September 25, 2017 (day 3 of fall the ninety eighth longest amount of sunshine of the 365) I have now done 3631.61 workouts in the last 3499 days =1.0379 (wow! 4 %! ) workouts per day 132.61 more workouts than days since February 23, 2008. Eighth day since 8/31 that I hit the target of the day.

 My muscle above my left knee cause me to feel  considerable pain  on Saturday March 25th 2017. On that day I was able to complete my job duties. Then on Sunday, I was not able to complete my work duties.I decided not to do  my workout. Here we are almost 3 months later and we get pain but not as bad. Hallelujah!

{During the week of August 12 as a curiosity my plan was to destroy the long standing vacation assisted 668 minutes of hard cardiovascular working out. I did that and discovered that thanks to unseasonably mild weather and a return of some better health I managed to burn 721 in six days! Now that I have done it and had time to reflect this week 8/13-19 I plan on doing 75 minutes Sunday-Friday.
As My target is 420 + for the fourteenth consecutive week.
Looking at last week's record I blitzed hard for the first three day averaging almost three hours a day. Then as we can see I coasted for the last 3 days averaging only an hour an a quarter the in the last three days. }

Wednesday 75 did not happen (Saw Two doctors in the last two days due my my leg/knee injury the rest plan is in order got a knee brace today and limited to light duty til September 15th. Sigh, its my right leg the one that was surgically repaired back in Jan 0f 87. Its somewhat arthritic and the tumble I took aggravated it. Now its swollen and is being. Fed antiinflamatory medicine meloxicam15 to see if that will knock the swolleness out of it.)
I am and have been a never say never guy since this amazing  streak was born in early 2008 but this will be a good challenge. As you can imagine I am chomping at a chance to resume normal activities.

Thursday 75 its pretty obvious that this injury has slowed me down a little. However the leg will heal and I will be back at it soon!

Friday 75 no times to report. Unfortunately holding at zero. HOWEVER!! TODAY WAS BY FAR THHE LEG HAS FELT SINCE 10:20 AM SATURDAY! Had a great day although I now have one more week to go with support and light duty, at that point I will be evaluated by Doctor Fillmoreand with God's blessing I will be ready to resume my activities.

Saturday 75 How quickly that amazingly strong habit starts to wither I come home from work and eat healthy food rest and get ready for the next day. You see its in that rest that defines me rather a great hard hour of cardio vascular workout my leg goes of to a corner and licks its wounds. I cannot wait to back to normal operation. This is a sucky existence I don't know how people do it.

9  1/2 YEARS! BREAK OUT THE ACAI BOWL!

On Tuesday,  9/20/2016 The first bottle of Nootrocell  Focus arrived. I am planning on taking the first two of 71 tablets - 
On Wednesday September 21, 2016 took first tablet of  Nootrocell Focus Focus. Stopped taking on September 14, 2017. Did like the caffeine and taurine.

Its been 377 days since 9/13/16 when I had my cortisone shot in my left shoulder.

 Since the fall, upon further review, it was a trip on  (3/4/2016) My

As of Sunday September 24, 2017 (day 2 of fall the ninety seventh longest amount of sunshine of the 365) I have now done 3630.53 workouts in the last 3498 days =1.0378 (wow! 4 %! ) workouts per day 132.53 more workouts than days since February 23, 2008. Seventh day since 8/31 that I hit the target of the day.

Week total for Sunday September 24 to Saturday September 30, 60 minutes. Eighth workout since spill.For for the second  time since August 31st  I did a workout at the Doctor's okay that Hit the daily target. Also, at his advice I iced the knee after and took the anti inflammatory. 

 My muscle above my left knee cause me to feel  considerable pain  on Saturday March 25th 2017. On that day I was able to complete my job duties. Then on Sunday, I was not able to complete my work duties.I decided not to do  my workout. Here we are almost 3 months later and we get pain but not as bad. Hallelujah! 


I am in hot pursuit of doing  420 minutes for week of Sunday September24 to Saturday September 30, 2017.  The streak of consecutive weeks of hitting 420 minutes ended at 16 as under company doctor orders I was not able to do the exercise. I injured my knee in a fall at work on Saturday September 2nd at 10:30 AM since then my knee has swollen up and thanks to anti inflammatory medicine Meloxicam 15 and a knee brace it is on the mend. However, I will continue to blog my follow up visit with the doctor is Friday September 15 @ 1:30 pm. I am determined to back on schedule. As the blog says very clearly I love to workout and have been showing that love  for over nine years everyday! I have not had any set back of this variety effect the workout like this ever so now I am doing all I can mentally and physically  to support the recovery. I apologize to my readers that gain inspiration from my workouts. I wish you a great day and thanks for reading and following the blog.

This issue is small potatoes now.
The Saturday dilemma remains in tact. The gym hours of 7 am to 7 pm allows me a small window to do a hard cardio vascular workout. As I explore that phrase hard cardio vascular workout it means in my terms getting my heart rate up to 120 beats per minute. Which for a person in my condition takes a while and a good deal of resistance. The machine I use at the gym allows me to work my leg muscles very hard which drives my beats per minute up. 
Being a person of optimism I know I am not exploring all my options. Over the last 15 Saturday's give or take one or two I have been getting up at 3 am to be at work about a half hour away by 5 am. As we look we have a slot of 1 and 1 half hours available to squeeze in a HCVW. The question is and its always questions, what workouts are available ? And which do I choose ? How do I add  that unknown workout to the apparent full schedule?  I sit here at 3:48 am on  Saturday September 2nd thinking over these possibilities.

{During the week of August 12 as a curiosity my plan was to destroy the long standing vacation assisted 668 minutes of hard cardiovascular working out. I did that and discovered that thanks to unseasonably mild weather and a return of some better health I managed to burn 721 in six days! Now that I have done it and had time to reflect this week 8/13-19 I plan on doing 75 minutes Sunday-Friday.
As My target is 420 + for the fourteenth consecutive week.
Looking at last week's record I blitzed hard for the first three day averaging almost three hours a day. Then as we can see I coasted for the last 3 days averaging only an hour an a quarter the in the last three days. }

The 420 streak ended at 16 -WOOP

Wednesday 75 did not happen (Saw Two doctors in the last two days due my my leg/knee injury the rest plan is in order got a knee brace today and limited to light duty til September 15th. Sigh, its my right leg the one that was surgically repaired back in Jan 0f 87. Its somewhat arthritic and the tumble I took aggravated it. Now its swollen and is being. Fed antiinflamatory medicine meloxicam15 to see if that will knock the swolleness out of it.)
I am and have been a never say never guy since this amazing  streak was born in early 2008 but this will be a good challenge. As you can imagine I am chomping at a chance to resume normal activities.

Thursday 75 its pretty obvious that this injury has slowed me down a little. However the leg will heal and I will be back at it soon!

Friday 75 no times to report. Unfortunately holding at zero. HOWEVER!! TODAY WAS BY FAR THHE LEG HAS FELT SINCE 10:20 AM SATURDAY! Had a great day although I now have one more week to go with support and light duty, at that point I will be evaluated by Doctor Fillmoreand with God's blessing I will be ready to resume my activities.

Saturday 75 How quickly that amazingly strong habit starts to wither I come home from work and eat healthy food rest and get ready for the next day. You see its in that rest that defines me rather a great hard hour of cardio vascular workout my leg goes of to a corner and licks its wounds. I cannot wait to back to normal operation. This is a sucky existence I don't know how people do it.

A recent discovery, the phone I carry in my pocket every day since I got it has been recording my steps. I walk about 15,000 steps every work day which is close to 5 miles a day in addition to the one hour of hard cardio and the ab workout.

As of Saturday September 23, 2017 (day 95 of summer the ninety sixth longest amount of sunshine of the 365) I have now done 3629.53 workouts in the last 3497 days =1.0378 (wow! 4 %! ) workouts per day 132.53 more workouts than days since February 23, 2008. Now that I have done it and had time to reflect this week 8/13-19 I plan on doing 75 minutes Sunday-Friday.
As My target is 420 + for the fourteenth consecutive week.
Looking at last week's record I blitzed hard for the first three day averaging almost three hours a day. Then as we can see I coasted for the last 3 days averaging only an hour an a quarter the in the last three days. }

The 420 streak ended at 16 -WOOP

Plan Keep taking medicine and using brace to walk and see dr on Friday the 15th.


Wednesday 75 did not happen (Saw Two doctors in the last two days due my my leg/knee injury the rest plan is in order got a knee brace today and limited to light duty til September 15th. Sigh, its my right leg the one that was surgically repaired back in Jan 0f 87. Its somewhat arthritic and the tumble I took aggravated it. Now its swollen and is being. Fed antiinflamatory medicine meloxicam15 to see if that will knock the swolleness out of it.)
I am and have been a never say never guy since this amazing  streak was born in early 2008 but this will be a good challenge. As you can imagine I am chomping at a chance to resume normal activities.

Thursday 75 its pretty obvious that this injury has slowed me down a little. However the leg will heal and I will be back at it soon!

Friday 75 no times to report. Unfortunately holding at zero. HOWEVER!! TODAY WAS BY FAR THHE LEG HAS FELT SINCE 10:20 AM SATURDAY! Had a great day although I now have one more week to go with support and light duty, at that point I will be evaluated by Doctor Fillmoreand with God's blessing I will be ready to resume my activities.

Saturday 75 How quickly that amazingly strong habit starts to wither I come home from work and eat healthy food rest and get ready for the next day. You see its in that rest that defines me rather a great hard hour of cardio vascular workout my leg goes of to a corner and licks its wounds. I cannot wait to back to normal operation. This is a sucky existence I don't know how people do it.

On Tuesday,  9/20/2016 The first bottle of Nootrocell  Focus arrived. I am planning on taking the first two of 71 tablets - 
On Wednesday September 21, 2016 took first tablet of  Nootrocell Focus Focus. Stopped taking on September 14, 2017. Did like the caffeine and taurine.

Its been 373 days since 9/13/16 when I had my cortisone shot in my left shoulder.
