As of Tuesday October 31, 2017 (day 39 of fall the one hundred 32nd ( weather starting to get less mild)longest amount of sunshine of the 365) I have now done 3666.33 workouts in the last 3535 days =1.0371 (wow! 4 %! ) workouts per day 131.33 more workouts than days since February 23, 2008. 34th day since 8/31 that I hit the target of the day.


The thought that the top performers were once at the bottom is a motivational thought.

On Tuesday,  9/20/2016 The first bottle of Nootrocell  Focus arrived. I am planning on taking the first two of 71 tablets - 
On Wednesday September 21, 2016 took first tablet of  Nootrocell Focus Focus. Stopped taking on September 14, 2017. Did like the caffeine and taurine.

Its been 413 days since 9/13/16 when I had my cortisone shot in my left shoulder.

 Since the fall, upon further review, it was a trip on  (3/4/2016)

On Tuesday,  9/20/2016 The first bottle of Nootrocell  Focus arrived. I am planning on taking the first two of 71 tablets - 
On Wednesday September 21, 2016 took first tablet of  Nootrocell Focus Focus. Stopped taking on September 14, 2017. Did like the caffeine and taurine.

Its been 409 days since 9/13/16 when I had my cortisone shot in my left shoulder.

 Since the fall, upon further review, it was a trip on  (3/4/2016)

The formation of this vital habit of selecting things that are hard and necessary versus fun and easy will determine my destiny.

On Tuesday,  9/20/2016 The first bottle of Nootrocell  Focus arrived. I am planning on taking the first two of 71 tablets - 
On Wednesday September 21, 2016 took first tablet of  Nootrocell Focus Focus. Stopped taking on September 14, 2017. Did like the caffeine and taurine.

Its been 405 days since 9/13/16 when I had my cortisone shot in my left shoulder.

 Since the fall, upon further review, it was a trip on  (3/4/2016)

As of Sunday October 22, 2017 (day 30 of fall the one hundred 25th longest amount of sunshine of the 365) I have now done 3656.49 workouts in the last 3526 days =1.0370 (wow! 4 %! ) workouts per day 130.49 more workouts than days since February 23, 2008. 26th day since 8/31 that I hit the target of the day.

Also, at his advice I iced the knee after and took the anti inflammatory.
