Day 1922 How stifling is rejection? Who cares just keep on working out!

We all have felt the sting of rejection. Some rejections are very subtle while others are very direct. Either way, once the anthesia wears off you are left with the reality that things are not going go as you had planned. Now, let me ask you this, if some one that you ask to help you in an effort to help them  what does that mean?
That they were not interested in your helping them, or they are too busy to help you? Can you tell me the difference in the two reasons and how you might digest the rejection?

Day 1921 No ordinary day. However, did have a great workout.

Took a different course of action today. As I went to bed yesterday at 8 pm and got up at 230am was in work at 354 am worked until 801 am then went to the gym. I had to minimize my workout to an of hour of hard cardio. After that, I went right back to work. A rather ordinary day took some weird turns.First, a person I work with asked about some very personal matters.Second, the gentlemen I was speaking with prior to me going to the gym needed to be rushed to the hospital around the time I returned from the gym.His condition to this minute is not clear to me.

An odd day, at the toil, as the work load seems to come in spurts.I anticipate today being a challenge. Yep I was right. I had a growth of work from the day before.I worked from 9 am until 530 pm with no break . Thats right no lunch. I am winner I have just gotta get things done! Day 1914 The year my Dad was born.

On this day 13 years ago My Mom passed from this earth.Mom, no son has ever felt any stronger love from their Mother than I felt from you. I love you Mom, and miss you everyday.

I feel awesome and great sweaty workout. It felt like a great grove that I was in a few months back. Thank you god.

Day 1913 A long time in between drinks of water...

A shorter day than expected. Body needed a little rest. I slept from 11:30 pm until 9:10 am a total of 9 hours and forty minutes.First maor sleep since Day 1899.
Worked out strong decided towear three layers and the hood. I believe the body temperature goes up a minimum of 10 degrees when I work out as hard as I do while wear a hood. I love that feeling of pushing myself about as hard as I could without feeling like I am going to pass out. The thrill is so intense.

Day 1912 Last day of work. This day ends 13 day run. Day 1899 since non work day

Toil was a challenge but, not  to the early part of the week day's level.
I love the constant movement.

The radio show was a blast. I finally figured out how to get a call up on the show.

*My mistake, which I repeated, was to answer the gray phone by picking up the receiver.

Day 1910 We are only 103 days from 2013

Worked very hard yesterday at the daily toil even extra time wasn't enough to do all that was there to do. However I finished with a burst of energy. I went home and chopped wood witha dull axe. Wow ! That was a workout! I was soaked I felt drained and energized at the same time. As I thought back to the challenge of our early settlers faced, just to gather heat and some warmth man, those were some tough dudes. I only cut one piece I can only imagine the challenge of cutting more to get enough logs for a fire. My technique I am sure was wrong and my skill low but, I kept going at it.

I got up today before the gentle marimba sounds wafted through the air.

Day 1906 Celebrating Mother's Day 2013 a little early

I found out that I need to be in work at 815. I live 45 minutes from work and the gym opens at 7am. Even if Iget my work done at 8 am there is no way I would be able to do a good workout in about 12 hours. So, once I got out of work I did tomorrow's workout today.

Day 1905 A new beginning? Shed the old skin which I hath too long.

The toil was crazy. I had a little over 7 hours to accomplish a great amount of work. As a result, I did not take a lunch break.I did not stress, I just kept on swinging until the bell! I left work and went to a grocery store then to the barber shop. At the barber shop I had all my hair cut off. WHAT? It took a little conversing with the barber but within twenty minutes it was gone.Interesting. Day 1000 on the daily questions and Day One without hair.

Day 1904 There ain't no quit!



  The daily toil was not so ard- some. Had a few seconds to post some motivating comments on the company social media.One thing that struck me today when I was about 45 minutes through my usual 60 minutes of hard cardio was, how many excuses there are available for not working out. Now, do not mis read my lead. Working out is not the be all and end all to excuses. I,  in all honesty and frankness use a bunch of them for other areas of my life. It all comes down to priorities and being honest with yourself and to a certain extent others. I have heard every excuse there ever was but, the reason the event or activity that was not accomplish was not deemed as a top priority.
It is an interesting discussion.  "IAITD" --- As we used to say it dropped a rank. "IDAR"

I have noticed when while working out once I start to get very perspired my mind goes to a different line of thought.Almost like a dream state.The world appears to be so much fuller and vivid. All the negative thoughts seem to get shoved way off to the side and the positive becomes like an object clear and very visible.

As I headed on in the darkness of the morning I felt good. I had the temporary crown replaced with the permanent one yesterday. I slept good I felt refreshed and energized. My legs felt fresh despite working without a break from 810am to 357 pm. Just about 8 hours.
I feel really good now!

Day 1899 One day from 1900!

I burned 1208 calories in the first 30 minutes as I came out fresh and rearing to go!
The challenge yesterday was to stay fresh and batlle then,use the break time to refresh.
Getting 9 hours and 55 minutes sure went towards that goal.

As I blasted through my workout. Then, mowed the lawn. Then in a moment shear bad judgement tripped over something in the garage and landed on my side.
I still feel great and am looking forward to Day 1900!

Day 1898 A great workout surely does wonders for the mind, body and soul




 Last night's radio show culminated a very busy work week.As I am in a business where they call early spring to the second month of summer 100 days of ...The store is sent many pounds of  freight and the challenge is to unload and put out so the large volume of consumers can find it and take it home for a nominal fee. The flow is strong and people work hard to accomplish this task.

As for the Friday Night Sports Scene we were blessed with a great sports night. The scene was being constantly reset as key games were going on. It was great setting the scene and reporting the action live!

Day 1895 Today, I begin a new life...

When was the last time you were complimented for doing something? When was the the last time you complimented another person? Do you feel both times that the compliments were sincere? When you were complimented how did that make you feel? After giving a compliment how did that make you feel?

I believe I can do something special. I believe I can be a special person and motivate and help people do something.
