Day 1652 On wards and up wards.

The ward of the day was not up.It was just wards as in on wards.The strength was there in the end as I finished by burning 2424 calories.I pushed very hard in the last five minutes as in the previous 25 minutes I burned. 51 pull ups 5 minutes of plank 350 killers, 420 crunches and 500 q's and 800 floors.Weight 184.

Supposedly a shorter duration today as both the miles and the hours got racked up.

Day 1651 No Ware? Hey wait, am I eating a watermelon side ways?

We resume regular programming and have a blast.Burned 2429 to keep streak going at 10 days of burning 2400 calories per hour.Back to a 51 pull up a 7 minute plank.340 killer and a 500 crunch and a 620 q with a 800 floor crunch workout! I love it welcome back,sir.It is good to be back , sir. Weight 183.AS the daily toil in Ware similar in many ways to the toil in main store.Love the work.

Day 1650 A milestone

When add in the 59 two hour or more workouts my total workouts are actually 1709!
Today as I bolted from the house I thought I put in that I burned 2415 calories in the hour.My streak is now at 9 straight days of burning at least 2400 calories in an hour. However, for the third straight day I did not do my circuit of pull ups, plank and crunches. Weight 183. Maybe because I was home at 8 pm eat and went to sleep.Of course, After watching the Yankees win!

Did 2433 record still in tact weight 184.Had to leave in a hurry and drove 2 hours to get to work. ware mass is about a 100 miles from my house.WHOA!

On lunch break was asked to come back tomorrow. I will need to leave at around 7 am to get there on time.

As we ready ourselves for the day ahead, we do a work out and then go to the station for another broadcast of Sports Monday, on 88.7 WNHU, West Haven.Timeline; 4 am out the door.

Did burn 2456 calories in sixty minutes streak is alive at seven. Weighed at 183. Had a great show.

Day 1647 Its work then workout as there is a 530 am all store meeting.

A splendid morning wonderful coolness in the air makes it simply beautiful. As I completed a very refreshing 2455 calorie burn in sixty minutes work out. Now, upon completion of the awesome cardio I did a solid 40 pull ups and 4 minute plank and 350 killer and 520 crunch and 1010 of q's with 800 floors and my weight was 182.

Day 1646 As we approach nickel nickel.

We go for fifty nine but, all of a sudden I have this kalidescope of things I will be doing or attempting to do in the next 48 hours.

Here goes, and it starts with a double;

4739 double in 120 minutes which includes 2416 in the first hour which keeps the streak alive at four consecutive days of burning at least 2400 calories per hour. The streak started on day 1641. As far as burning 2400 back to back well, that's a story for a different day. In the second hour I burned 2323 calories. I zipped through the circuit. Doing 20 pull ups and 5 minutes of plank,340 killers and 430 crunches and 600 q's and 800 floors. I weighed in at 181.

Day 1645 getting close to 1650 which equals more than 4 1/2 years!

We do burn 2400 + calories and we do beat yesterday and we do keep the streak alive at three.We do 50 pull ups and 7 minutes of plank and 340 killers,480 crunches and 1030 q's and 800 floor crunches as we weigh in at 183.We begin to add a little flax seed to the diet.

Now we do a double and plant our feet firmly in the ground and make our stand!

Day 1644 another neat number!

We fought real hard and burned 2408 thanks to burning 418 calories in the last ten minutes. I find by watching the calorie burn my work out is intensified.Its like running a race, I believe when someone is trying to beat you, your efforts increase.

I poured out as I did 43 pull ups and 7 minutes of plank then 1000 q's and 340 killers,440 crunches and 800 floor crunches. Weight 183.

Streak is at 2 .Two days consecutively at a 2400+ calorie burn per hour.

Day 1645 getting close to 1650 which equals more than 4 1/2 years!

That's the spirit. 1776! We start a new streak as we burn 2458 calories in an hour. We do 43 pull ups and seven minutes of plank.With a crunch load of: 350 killers and 520 crunches and get this, 1050 q's with an 800 floor crunch finish.Weighed in at 182.

Day 1642 Back to the usual routine, as we go for 21 ST CONSECUTIVE DAY OF BURNING 2400+ CALORIES IN AN HOUR.

It is always a bummer when a performance streak ends.As a gave it my all in the last fifteen minutes.I burned 2375 calories in the hour. Yesterday, coupled with only 3 1/2 hours of sleep on Monday was to much to recover from. Although I slept Monday at 945pm  until 415 am today, I was just not fresh enough at 5am to do a 2400+ plus cardio burn in an hour.Streak ends at 20 days-BUMMER!

A good job was done on the exercise circuit and I weighed in at 181.

Day 1640 we will go for a double

We modify our approach as we go and beat 2510!

We modified our goals and decided to go after burning 2510+ calories in an hour. No excuses I had plenty of rest. I had awesome temperatures, I had the right machine and I was focused. I  just did not get it done! I burned 2441 calories in the hour and maintained my streak of 19 straight days of burning at least 2400+ calories in an hour.

I did 40 pull ups with 88 pounds of assistance and 6 minutes of plank.Then 1000 q's and 360 killers and 520 crunches and 800 floors I weighed in at 183.

We march on, only 2 sixty minute cardiovascular workouts from 1700!

Day 1641 We workout we do the show then we go to work.

Day 1639 We go in later, should be able to do two.

My habit of late on Friday is to stay up late. Last night, I was up until 1 am.That is a total of 21 hours of being "up and active". I suppose working out from 440 am to 640am then getting ready for work and leaving at 810 am and working at 9 am until 3 pm and breaking for fruit and green tea and honey grain bagels at 3 pm.Then back by 4 pm  to running around until 550 pm.Then visiting at 7 pm ( standing and sitting) until 1030 pm and returning home at 1120 pm and relaxing until 1 am.

Now, here I sit at the PC at 10 15 am after waking up at 915 am.Ready to workout and then get ready for work at 530 pm.I got plenty of rest.So I am rearing to GO!

We need to break yesterdays total of 2423 calories burned in an hour and then do another hour!When I do that the streak will continue and I will have completed my 58TH double.

Now, I was on another arc trainer by Cybex but I burned 2510 calories in an hour and did another hour after that for a total two hour calorie burn of 4755.I weighed in at 179. I did no other exercises as someone was on the pull up routine and I just decided to call it a day.Of course before I completed my 18TH consecutive day of burning at least 2400 calories in an hour and my 58TH double .

Burning 2510 calories maybe record. 2510 beats 2495 which I set on day 1421 which was 1/13/12. Friday January 13TH is the day I started with the 400 pound weight resistance. Now I am not sure which machine I did it on.

Now, off to a night of work or fun? i'll make that decision.

Day 1638 Find your spot and work hard until......

Juiceless but not useless was the best way to describe the workout today.Crawling off the deck from yesterday, I burned 2423 and kept the streak alive at 16 but, fell way short of burning 2500 calories in an hour.

Sometimes 4am comes to quick and my legs are not ready to go.I did 42 pull ups and 8 minutes of plank. 400 killer and 520 crunches and 800 q's with 900 floors. Wait-183.

Day 1639 We go in later, should be able to do two.

Day 1636 My leg will come around!

Beat it now at 14 days of being over 2400 an hour. Burned 2455 in an hour and did 40 pull ups. Also did 7 minutes of plank 400 killers and 510 crunches 700 q's and 800 floors.Weighed in at 184.

No net no cable-- Comcast is to blame and making me wait 2 days to fix it! I do have the patience of Jobe. As she asked if it was okay if I schedule an appointment to have a technician come out?

Like I had a choice if I want cable and internet?

Day 1635 Now, we go for 2500!

While at the daily toil I hurt my leg.Not bad no real injury but, as they say its a nick.I burned 2434 did not reach 2500, bummer.No excuses, I played with the pain and it did get loose.I thought for a minute warm it up stretch it they attack. However, I decided it would not be worth it. My loss, Down goes the streak of six days of beating the day before numbers.Surviving is the streak of now 13 days of burning 2400 plus calories per hour.

Almost forgot. I did do 50 pull ups and 6 minutes of plank. With 330 killers and 450 crunches. 900 q's and ended with 900 floor crunches.I weighed in at 184.

It always feels great. You everyday I do challenge myself to eat as healthy as I believe I can.I believe that taste is not a top priority to eating.I believe the feeling of health and strength is the key to eating right.I have learned by denying myself certain foods that at one time I enjoyed could easily be replaced for more healthier foods.Take rice cakes.Years ago I would never even think of eating a rice cake.After all, I had my chips to snack on.

Here is what I found out by cutting out the chips and
basically forgetting about how they tasted I realized that some rice cakes that are organic and low in salt are on par or even better than chips.Less salt and basically no fat.If I can do it anyone can!

Day 1634 Its show time, but first we beat 2452!

At 511 am I completed a 2492 calorie burn in sixty minutes I weighed in at 183. 41.53 calories burned each minute. To do 2500 an hour 41.67 calories per minute is needed. It felt so awesome as I closed with a 230 calorie burn in the last 5 minutes.

Today was 12TH day in a row I burned 2400 or more calories in an hour and the  fifth day in a row I habeat the day before's calorie burn per hour total. I started with 2412 and gone since,2418,2445,2452 and 2492.

Day 1635 Now, we go for 2500!

Day 1633 ELEVEN, WITH A DOUBLE AND WE BEAT 2445 IN THE FIRST HOUR!

We went for three and we got it. We did 2452! then we did our 57TH double and of course we did our 11Th straight day of burning more than than 2400 calories or more in an hour!
I passed on the circuit, I stretched and went home.

Wait? 178 pounds!

Day 1632 We aim for double digits!

Eleven thirty five am start.As I slept from 2 am to 10 am. Had a late night, I was up for 22 hours.From 4:11 am on Friday until 2 am on Saturday.

Yes, 2445 sixty!
There is something about setting a goal and hitting a goal.There is more than something about just about killing yourself to achieve it.That said, the big challenge of today was to beat yesterday.The second biggest challenge was to do a two hour cardiovascular workout.The third was to beat 2400 calories burned  in sixty minutes for tenth straight day. I was all set to accomplish all three but, then as a was busting really hard to break through and burn 2429 calories( yesterday's total) in an hour I realized I was emptying the tank.My streak of burning 2400 was well in check but, my ego said "beat 2429". Then the other  part of me said what about doing the two hour cardio?

Folks, I was done. In fact, I lowered the resistance down to 7 after I did the 2445 in an hour.I thought a slight so down would allow me to catch my breath and blast out the next hour but not today. I have never stopped my two hour quest before but today I was spent after going so hard to get the bigger numbers.It felt stupendous.

Its been 2 hours since, and I still feel the glow.

I went easy on the circuit.I did 10 pull ups 5 minutes of plank and 40 killers and 520 crunches and 720 q's and 800 floors.I weighed in at 182.

Day 1631 now we hunt down NINE!

Got it 2429 wait- 185 feel great more at lunch!

At 350 pm on Friday almost 10 hours after doing the workout.

I just felt so good as I did an awesome cardiovascular workout for ninth straight day. I did 40 pull ups and 6 minutes of plank with a big hunk of crunches. I did 450 killers 560 crunches and 1000 quantum crunches. 900 floors!

Do we go for a double? As we again for the second straight Saturday I have no work. As me if I am going to the picnic on Sunday.

Day 1630 we go for eight!

Now, we go for nine. Starting the day with a private victory makes everything sweeter.Take my morning fruit, which I have every morning with my morning oatmeal and orange juice with calcium and seltzer. I was amazed how good everything in that breakfast tasted.

Now, back to the victory.I am psyched because everyday I throw down a number and everyday I go after it as hard as I can.Folks, you will not believe how awesome it feels to accept the challenge, go for the challenge and meet the challenge until, you have done it. When it is done as your first task in the morning it is even more awesome!

I beat yesterday by burning 2418 calories in an hour and I did 30 pull ups 380 killers 510 crunches and 1100 q's my q'shave gone through the roof! I did a short plank of four minutes and 800 floors.Wait- 184-LOL

Day  1631 now we hunt down NINE!

Day 1629 Sweet #'s

Yes! It is now seven days in a row of burning at least 2400 calories per hour.Today with the help of buning 1237 calories in the second half hour I was able to burn 2412 calories in 660 minutes.I did 40 pull ups and 5 minutes of plank then 900 q's and 330 killers with 450 crunches and 800 floor crunches.I weighed in at 184. As I have resumed a stronger work load my appetite has gone up.I feel awesome and I am ready to go!

The legs have gotten a reprieve. Just by not walking around for a few days my legs have been more stronger as for the    burned 2419 and did my share of pull ups and plank and crunches weighed in at183.

We were on the machine at 4 10 am and banged out an excellent 2459 in sixty minutes of calorie burn. Weight 182

The show went well the recording is a little off but we are patiently working on it.

Day 1626 We will get after it today!

Let's go! No time to lay back.Now, is the time!

I burned 4775 calories in 120 minutes. Which equals a 39.79 calorie burn per minute.I completed my 56TH double.

I blasted a 40 on the chin ups and managed three minutes of plank but I did a very awesome crunch session where I did 380 killers 450 crunches 1100 q's. 800 floors. I was down to 179 for a weight. Then I sojourned on to a few stores before I took a rest for breakfast. My workout today on my day off from work was three hours long.

How great is that?

Day 1625 It has been a while since I did a double!

No double but did a good hard one hour. Burned 2403 and did 61 chin ups with a little more assistance( 94 lbs).Then 5 minutes of plank.I started the workout today after a nine and half hour sleep.My gosh I went to bed at 1015 pm and got out of bed at 845. It is hot and sticky now and was last night as my body needed a rest.I woke up and prepared a little for the radio show.

I am feeling good although my Saturday routine of work has been interrupted.I may work Sunday AM but who knows. Back to the workout. Where was I? Oh yeah, sweating. I crunched first with the quantum crunches did 1,000 then the killers I did 380 and finished that circuit with 610 crunches. I did 800 floor crunches.I weighed in at 184. More than I thought but yesterday's work load at work was not that high as I took tests online for most of the day.

Now we move over to this day right here.

Day 1624 We are just marching along!

It is amazing I get on that machine and I become a possessed mad man. I can NOT settle for anything but beating the day before. Yesterday, it was 2405 today 2413 there is no way around it, I will beat the pace from today tomorrow! Today, I was able by the grace of God, do 52 chin ups,4 minutes of plank. The plank is a challenge because of the toe and once you miss time or effort you need to get back into the flow little by little.Bottom line, I need to be more patient.

I did 380 killers, with 520 crunches and get this.. 900 q's! Then I did 800 floors. I weighed in at 183.

Day 1625 It has been a while since I did a double!

Day 1623 Another prolific day lies ahead!

With that thought etched in my mind I was determined to get out of bed and get at it.I burned 2405 with fierce determination to get to 2400 mark in sixty minutes.

51 CHIN UPS 4 and a half  MINUTES OF PLANK BUT, 350 KILLERS AND 460 CRUNCHES AND 610 Q'S AND 800 FLOORS FELT AWESOME WEIGHT= 182.A lot of romaine and quinoa and tomatoes,olive oil and salt. With salsa and organic corn thins and almonds.Delicious!

Day 1622 Doctor says?

Back to regular duty. He wanted to give me another week of light. But he asked me if I feel I could go back to regular duty and I said YES!

I worked very hard yesterday.As I had some catching up to do.

Despite all that I came out firing on all cylinders. Today, I burned-- 2414,YES! 53 CHIN UPS ONLY 3 MINUTES OF PLANK BUT, 350 KILLERS AND 450 CRUNCHES AND 800 Q'S AND 900 FLOORS FELT AWESOME WEIGHT= 183.
