Sunday slept 9 pm to 3:30 am felt excellently better, leg cramp ( slept in a house with power. Started taking Limbex have taken 290 tablets so far.( as of this Monday 3:54 pm )
Got on the purple arc trainer after 7 hours and half I burned 2206 calories in the sixty minutes.
Highlight of the workout? Burning 752 calories in the last 20 minutes.

It is very interesting to notice that after I take the afternoon tablets that I get a second wind and have a large amount of energy. Was so psyched to beat Monday's number!

Today, I felt like that wash cloth as I challenge myself second by second. I emptied all that was in me in the spirit of renewal. Now my body, mind and soul are refreshed.

Took my first tablet of Nootrocell felt different, a little sharper as I did a great workout and was very conversational while doing it!
