Day 1863 So how did the show go last night? Did George Grande come on?

That was a great interview last night. A tremendous opportunity to speak to a hall of fame broadcaster.

Between the 8 o'clock hour I was part of the best sports talk radio show in the region, if not the country as I would be very surprised to find out if any other sports talk show had on a hall of fame sports broadcaster. As we can bear in mind that the regional semi finals of college basketball were being aired at that time.

Regardless, it was our moment wave the championship banner for that entire hour. Thank you God on Good Friday March 29, 2013.

Day 1861 The war is on!

Spending time working on one's self is a tremendous benefit. As I reflect on the amount of defined actions I have taken over the last five years and 5 weeks of my life in working out everyday I would be amazed at find other actions had that could have been done in unison.
For instance for everyday 1861 if I put a dollar away for saving. One hour of giving time to help the less fortunate.Working on improving my home. Studying a foreign language.

However, I believe the structure and the habit I have developed is so strong that it would be be hard to add anything else to this equation.

Day 1843 A good workout, church and rediscover oneself!

Thank you, God as my legs were fresh as ever. I donned new sneakers and new shorts and got confused as to how much sleep I would get when I set the alarm for 525 and the alarm only thing was when I went to bed which was 1045 it was really 1145. So I slept about 5 and a half hours.

No matter, I still felt great and am definitely looking forward to the new firm mattress that has been ordered.

Day 1842 Either you are with it or you are against it!

Sounds like an ultimatum to me. However, life really does ultimately does work that way. I had a nice just prior to me completing my work week yesterday.I recall clearly the issue center around my strict eating habits. I suppose I stood my ground where I was offered 50 dollars to eat a piece of steak and I refused. I countered by saying I would not take a 100 dollars to miss my workout tomorrow.

This day presented itself as:

Day 1836 Have I really worked out everyday since 2/23/08?

You have no idea why I do this, do you? You question my loyalty, right. Well, it is all here in this blog. The blog that has 1,373 posts. I started recording my workouts everyday on Day 483 That is when we started posting every day. On Day 480 we posted our first workout blog. June 8, 2009.

Today I felt great. I attended a meeting at 6 am and was on the machine at 748 am. It is funny I attended a motivational meeting. It is funny because I have been to and been in so many of those types a meetings in my life that I am confident I can definitely run one. :-)

Getting out of bed at 410 in the am after sleeping since 1045 pm. Fun is .. getting on the arc trainer at 448 am and burning 2248 calories in an hour. Then changing your clothes so you can do another half hour of exercising and stretching and going back to your house and getting ready for work. Fun is.. posting some positive questions then posting your workout for the world to see. Fun is realizing that you have not missed a day of that activity except for working everyday for the last five years!
