As of Monday July 31, 2017 (day 41 of summer the forty second longest amount of sunshine of the 365) I have now done 3584.36 workouts in the last 3443 days =1.0410 (wow! 4 %! ) workouts per day 141.36 more workouts than days since February 23, 2008.

Week total for Sunday July 30 to Saturday August 5  230 minutes. My muscle above my left knee cause me to feel  considerable pain  on Saturday March 25th 2017. On that day I was able to complete my job duties. Then on Sunday, I was not able to complete my work duties.I decided not to do  my workout.


I am in hot pursuit of doing  420 minutes for week of  Sunday July 30 to Saturday August 5 , 2017. Today Monday,  I did 150 minutes. My plan for week 
Sunday 150 check ✅
Monday 75 did 80 ✅+
Tuesday 150 
Wednesday 75

Plan heading into Sunday ( first day of Sun July 30 - August 5) is hit 150 after a nap then 100 on Monday ( I changed that to 75 then did 80) before dentist then 150 on Tuesday. Goal is to be at 350  ( I changed that to 380 )heading into Wednesday I got a good shot at 680. Just as I had planned for this past week prior to the unexpected illness. Funny the strategy was good! The execution poor. Why? I need to visualize more clearly my intentions for the next 168 hours. 
Need to restart meditating again. 
 
The key is to take naps before workouts or do workouts first thing in AM.

Wednesday 75 did zero as I was unable to work, as a rule when that occurs I do not workout.

Friday 80 did 52 not feeling great yet but we did it for the 11th consecutive

This was a weak week as for the first time since my quad pain I missed two days of working out.. Still managed to hit 420+ minute goal. By averaging an hour everyday for seven days. As of Friday July 21, 2017 (day 31 of summer the thirty second longest amount of sunshine of the 365) I have now done 3573.41 workouts in the last 3433 days =1.0409 (wow! 4 %! ) workouts per day 140.41 more workouts than days since February 23, 2008.

Week total for Sunday July 16 to Saturday July 22  545 minutes. My muscle above my left knee cause me to feel  considerable pain  on Saturday March 25th 2017. On that day I was able to complete my job duties. Then on Sunday, I was not able to complete my work duties.I decided not to do  my workout.


I am in hot pursuit of doing  420 minutes for week of  Sunday July 16 to Saturday July 22, 2017. Friday yesterday, I did 100 minutes.Plan for this week is  Sunday thru Saturday- 140(did it),120(didn't do it )( did 75 instead and mowed the lawn and waited for plumber to arrive ),120( did it ),75(did it ),75 (did not do did 35 minutes) 75 (100 raised the ante)= 560.I know its more than last week and I am working more hours. 
As of now, I have now done 445 minutes for the week of 7/16-22. As we  just hit 420+ minutes  for the tenth consecutive week go for ten straight weeks of doing over 420 minutes of hard cardio workouts!

As of Thursday July 20, 2017 (day 30 of summer the thirty first longest amount of sunshine of the 365) I have now done 3571.75 workouts in the last 3432 days =1.0407 (wow! 4 %! ) workouts per day 139.75 more workouts than days since February 23, 2008.

Week total for Sunday July 16 to Saturday July 22  445 minutes. My muscle above my left knee cause me to feel  considerable pain  on Saturday March 25th 2017. On that day I was able to complete my job duties. Then on Sunday, I was not able to complete my work duties.I decided not to do  my workout.

Thursday yesterday, I did 35 minutes.Plan for this week is  Sunday thru Saturday- 140(did it),120(didn't do it )( did 75 instead and mowed the lawn and waited for plumber to arrive ),120( did it ),75(did it ),75 (did not do it, I had the energy but not enough time in my energy I realized I needed to go shopping for food before I ate and crashed. I did the TV show the previous night. I finished the show later than usual. Leaving me only 5 hours of sleep to work and workout and must shop the math sent me to bed by 8 allowing me 7 hours til the next gig.which I am now ready for now. Feeling energized once more, I  am ready to work,workout , eat and sleep!  Praise the Lord for granting me strength! The goal today as I sip my green decaffeinated Sweet and spicy tea is pour in 10 hours of work with a dash of 2 hours of hard cardio workout. So to make a short story long i did 35 minutes of hard cardio workout  yesterday say hallelujah! ) 75 ( )= 560.I know its more than last week and I am working more hours.
