As of Wednesday May 31, 2017 ( spring time day 73) I have now done 3506.48 workouts in the last 3384 days =1.0361 122.48 + days!

Week total for  Sunday May 28 to Saturday June 3  2017  total minutes  350 minutes. My muscle above my left knee cause me to feel  considerable pain  on Saturday March 25th 2017. On that day I was able to complete my job duties. Then on Sunday, I was not able to complete my work duties.I decided not to do  my workout

I am in hot pursuit of doing  420 minutes for week of   Sunday May 28 to Saturday June 3  2017. On Tuesday today, I did 120 minutes.I am hunting do 420 I am 70 short.Since Thursday is  going to be nap time instead of workout time. I only Have 2 more days left Friday and hopefully Saturday. 

My total last  week was 481  minutes.Nailed the week, by 61 minutes!

As of Saturday May 27, 2017 ( spring time day 69) I have now done 3500.65 workouts in the last 3380 days =1.0356 120.65 + days!

Week total for  Sunday May 21 to Saturday May 27 2017  total minutes  481 minutes. My muscle above my left knee cause me to feel  considerable pain  on Saturday March 25th 2017. On that day I was able to complete my job duties. Then on Sunday, I was not able to complete my work duties.I decided not to do  my workout

I am in hot pursuit of doing  420 minutes for week of May 21-27 On Friday, today, I did 0 minutes.
My total this week is 481  minutes.Nailed the week, by 61 minutes so far,a whole day! Now to add to the total and beat last weeks mark of 513 I need to do ......33 more minutes between now 4:26 am Saturday and 12 pm Saturday.Resetting the game clock I have 19 hours and 39 minutes to do the 33 minutes to break last week's total! In that time period the gym will be open for 12 hours. Since I have chosen to use that one location I have limited myself to those 12 hours to complete the 1 half hour  of time. Now, factoring in my work schedule and my show time the window gets smaller. I finished work yesterday at 2:30 pm that left me enough time to get the 92 in yesterday. However, I  perceived myself as being very was tired and set my goal at a half hour workout prior to getting to the gym. I changed my goal to 60 minutes when I got there. My body did not feel right  to do the extra 33 minutes to break last week's total of 513 minutes.This still leaves me with today Saturday I anticipate a similar day and that leaves my no time to get the minutes unless I modify my show time preparation.
What will I do? Let's see, shall we?
The wrap up as the day wore on I received a call at 12 pm requesting to work another hour and a half. Once I did that there was little opportunity to beat lasts week's total. However, the math did favor me, I averaged 513/7 days for a 73 minute a day average and this week I averaged  481/ 6 days 80 minutes a day. Understanding that I also worked 6 more hours  than last week. I am good with that outcome. Now we head into week May 28- June 3. On the surface Monday is an added work day and the gym hours are 7am to 12pm.   The times when I am scheduled to work. I am going to ask my subconscious mind to offer a solution to this time management challenge.

On that day I was able to complete my job duties. Then on Sunday, I was not able to complete my work duties.I decided not to do  my workout

I am in hot pursuit of doing  420 minutes for week of May 21-27 On Thursday today, I did 75 minutes.
My total this week is 421 minutes.Nailed the week! Now to add to the total and beat last weeks mark of 513 I need to do ......92 more minutes between now 4:37 am Friday and 12 pm Saturday.Resetting the game clock I have 43 hours and 33 minutes to do the 93 minutes to break last week's total! In that time period the gym will be open for 24 hours. Since I have chosen to use that one location I have limited myself to those 24 hours to complete the 1 hour and a half of time. Now factoring in my work schedule and my show time the window gets smaller. I expect to finish work today at 3 pm that leaves me enough time to get the 92 in today! Saturday I anticipate a similar day and that leaves my no time to get the minutes unless I modify my show time preparation.
What will I do? Let's see, shall we?

On that day I was able to complete my job duties. Then on Sunday, I was not able to complete my work duties.I decided not to do  my workout

I am in hot pursuit of doing  420 minutes for week of May 21-27 On Sunday yesterday, I did 100 minutes.
My total this week is 100 minutes. That concluded my work schedule in which I worked from Wednesday to Sunday. Upon completing a 9 hour work day yesterday. In that window of time from Tuesday  2:30 PM to Sunday 6:30 PM (124 hours) of which I worked 41 hours and worked out 6 hours and 45 minutes. Not bad, but how much sleep? In that window, not including Sunday night I only get on average 5 and half hours of sleep. Is that enough to be able to do what I need to do? Next week with Memorial Day coming I will work from Wednesday May 23- Monday 29. That is a six day run of little sleep based on my current pattern of sleep.
I slept big time - 11 pm to 9:30 am

As of Thursday May 18, 2017 ( spring time day 60) I have now done 3489.48 workouts in the last 3371 days =1.0351 118.48 + days!

Week total for  Sunday May 14 to Saturday May 20 2017  total minutes  443 minutes. My muscle above my left knee cause me to feel  considerable pain  on Saturday March 25th 2017. On that day I was able to complete my job duties. Then on Sunday, I was not able to complete my work duties.I decided not to do  my workout

I am in hot pursuit of doing  420 minutes for week of May 14-20 On Wednesday today , I did 70 minutes from  after 11 hours of work
My total this week is 443 minutes.
The sleep of  laborer is sweet!

Today, is the first day for the rest of my life.

As of Wednesday May 17, 2017 ( spring time day 59 ) I have now done 3488.40 workouts in the last 3370 days =1.0351 118.40 + days!

Week total for  Sunday May 14 to Saturday May 20 2017  total minutes  373 minutes. My muscle above my left knee cause me to feel  considerable pain  on Saturday March 25th 2017. On that day I was able to complete my job duties. Then on Sunday, I was not able to complete my work duties.I decided not to do  my workout

I am in hot pursuit of doing  420 minutes for week of May 14-20 On Wednesday today , I did 65 minutes from 4 am to 5:05 am 
My total this week is 373  minutes.
At this moment my body feels totally rejuvenated! Meditation & a great deal of sleep over the last 72 hours!
Yesterday, my lawn mowing was almost effortless compare the other four times I have done it this year. 

Today, is the first day for the rest of my life.

 Each week I target 420 minutes which is a 60 minute hard cardiovascular workout each day. As I try to do all of the things I prioritize on a weekly basis. Over the  last 4-5 weeks I have been unable to do a 60 minute hard cardio workout on Saturday. However,  I have been able to do 420 minutes a week. Here is the situation, I have "chosen" to do the hard cardiovascular workout in a gym which opens on Saturdays at 7 am. Three hours later than the 4am Monday through Friday schedule. On Saturday for the last 10 months (July 2016) During that time on March 19 my work schedule changed. I now work from 6am to 2 pm on Saturday usually.The preparation for the radio show I host  from 6-8 pm takes about 90 minutes. So, my choice is to do all my 420 minutes in 6 days.
