Legs have been heavy- Here is hoping they will be lighter after much rest and good healthy food!

I got a little more did 805 in 60. I am determined to eat more heart healthy.
Yesterday I ate- apples, cucumbers, carrots,hot peppers,a table spoon of olive oil,pinch of salt, baked potatoes, oatmeal, blue berries, cinnamon and kashi cereal.
