The record stands as of Monday  December 21, 2015. Day 675 I have now 

2990 workouts in the last  2850 days. 

Based on the current work schedule of two days on and one day off followed by three days on and one day off. I am beginning to look at Tuesday night's as my Friday nights and Saturday nights as well, Saturday night. 

However, today for the first time since, September 10, 2015 I have consecutive days off.

So, yesterday I took time to pause and drink in the moments and some Christmas cheer!
On Sunday I slept from 11:45 pm to  6:50 am I  woke up and my body ached but I was able to move. Today, I am enjoying a day off from work  so, I got on the machine at 9:05 am burned 2128  calories in the hour. Ah, the magic of 8 hours and 45 minutes of sleep!

Highlight of the workout? Finishing by burning 738 calories in the final twenty minutes.
A tremendous pace! My goal was to burn 2131 I needed to burn 750 in the last 20 to get it.
