The start of the workout was sluggish but I pushed on and felt stronger. Did a measly burn of ONLY 775 calories in 60 minutes. Here is a look at my lowest calorie burns per 60 minute runs.
Notice that I have been doing this now for 22 months without a break on any day.

These numbers are very interesting. It seems that every month has a hiccup. It is refreshing to think that I normally bounce back from any little set back. I love to workout. I love that invigorated feeling.When the legs get loose and the heart is pounding and I just know I will hit my goal man, there is no better feeling in the WORLD - Can get an AMEN?
