Day 1919 Today May 25TH we did our 86TH double. 1919 + 86= 2005 workouts

We did our 85TH double on April 28TH. Today May 25TH we did our 86TH double. 1919 + 86= 2005 workouts. So, in the last 1919 days we have done 2005 hours of hard cardiovascular workouts.
Burned 4492 in 120 minutes.
I did the 2 hours while wearing sweat pants and three layers after sleeping from 1 am until 930 am. Prior to the sleep I was up for 21 hours.

200 old style very steep
330 very medium depth
350 crunches incline
370  crunches
5 minutes of plank 3 ways
52 Ab machine


practiced a lot of tai chi Tie Qi proper pronunciation more than yesterday. Good balance
Weight 180.2. is the scale wrong ? Gym scale 181.0.
