Day 1907 We are in the midst of a run that includes great activity- I love It!

As we head into day 8 on a consecutive work day schedule. The toil was interesting yesterday, running food for a 6 hour brunch.Never a dull moment, as the food trays needed to be filled constantly. Chicken picatta,sliced pot ......etc.
A battle awaits as we head into another hectic arena.

230 old style very very steep

420 crunches incline
450  crunches
5 minutes of plank 3 ways
42 Ab machine

practiced a lot of tai chi Tie Qi proper pronunciation more than yesterday
Weight 186.6 is the scale wrong?  Gym scale said 184.
