Day 1911 Feel great, look great and act great!

Flying solo from 9 pm to 10 pm on 88.7 FM  and wnhu.net.
Great workout had a a lot of energy despite sleeping from 1115 pm to 410 am.
Heck almost five hours. I felt strong. Tomorow I will get later but not sure how extra rest I will get.

Chock- full and bursting with positive ideas and thoughts.


Burned 2226 in 60 minutes.

430 medium depth
430 crunches incline
430  crunches
5 minutes of plank 3 ways
43 Ab machine

practiced a lot of tai chi Tie Qi proper pronunciation more than yesterday
Weight 185.8 is the scale wrong?Gym scale said 186.0.
