Day 1906 Celebrating Mother's Day 2013 a little early

I found out that I need to be in work at 815. I live 45 minutes from work and the gym opens at 7am. Even if Iget my work done at 8 am there is no way I would be able to do a good workout in about 12 hours. So, once I got out of work I did tomorrow's workout today.

Burned 2194 in 60 minutes.again that is unusual
33 pullups
200 old style very very steep
420 medium depth
420 crunches incline
450  crunches
5 minutes of plank 3 ways
42 Ab machine

practiced a lot of tai chi Tie Qi proper pronunciation more than yesterday
Weight 184.6 is the scale wrong?  Gym scale said 182.
