Day 1916 More muggy weather who cares put three layers on and then workout!

An odd day, at the toil, as the work load seems to come in spurts.I anticipate today being a challenge. Its funny, some mornings when I get up I feel I have to know every thing that happened in the world of sports while I was asleep.

50 pullups
300 old style very steep
330 very medium depth
330 crunches incline
330  crunches
5 minutes of plank 3 ways
50 Ab machine

practiced a lot of tai chi Tie Qi proper pronunciation more than yesterday. Good balance for the last 2 days
Weight 182.4. is the scale wrong ? Gym scale said 182.0.
