Day 1523 You and I have memories longer than the road that stretches out ahead!

Boy that was some workout. I am talking about Saturday and Sunday's. When you do doubles back to back and youhave not done them for a little while the after shocks can slow you down. I feel like I am somewhat back on track. It is amazing how the same workout is so much muscle memory.
I was not as explosive as I had been but, I did burn 2325 and did do 45 chin ups with 78 pounds of assistance.I did 400 killers and 520 crunches and 800 q's. I did 800 floors and 5 minutes down and two minutes up plank. I weighed in at 183.

Felt great and I am ready for the talk.

Day 1524 Almost a month of 1500's.
