Day 1506 We do a double before we work at night.

Then get up and workout and work on Sunday. My haven may be in the Sunday hours between 5 pm and 4 am on Monday. As we can call it a pocket of break time.

I decided to negotiate my energy. I did a double where I burned 4783 calories in two hours and two minutes. I weighed in at 181. I passed on the second part of my usual routine of chin ups and crunches,and plank.I figured maybe I could squeeze in a nap before I work sleep and work out and then work again. My strategy for getting the nap in was to not be so long with the recovery ( drink & eat )

Come the next 12 hours I will be prepping to work out and work.
