Day 1500 Holy Cow. Oh man, I'll tell ya these Yankees.

Day 1500  real easy to remember. April 1,2012 equals 1500. Now we know 1500 days from February 23,2008 was  April 1, 2012. On this day, four years we were 40 days into the streak.


Today was the completion of the thirty sixth double. As I burn 4,946 calories in 2 hours and six minutes. I did 20 76 pound assisted chin ups. 360 killers,450 crunches,630 q's and 900 floors and 6 minutes down and three minutes up on the plank. I weighed in at  180.  


I battled to get the 126 minutes in and wished I had a better average but I felt awesome slicing through the workout. My average burn per minute was 39.25.


I did learn ( I probably knew but would not admit it) that holding on to the handles during the workout lessens the accuracy of the amount of calories that are actually burned. The challenge is to balance myself during the workout and not use the handles.


So how I will incorporate that effort into my workout.


Day 1501 It is now a dead sprint to get to 1600.
