Day 1939 I feel awesome!!


Today, we hit 2025 workouts as we exceed the year with the number of workouts!.
What percentage of the day do you spend doing stuff. If you spent more of your you time working on achieving your big goals would that help you have a happier life?

We must continue to focus on what we know because that allows our knowledge to grow.
How much we care usually determines how much effort we pour into our goals. How much do you care?


We will get to 70 today. Rain now on the way .

I felt good and put on 3 layers of clothing.
Burned 2190 in 60 minutes- best way to describe the machine I work out on is it is a stair climber and an elliptical machine.
Leg is not the same a little tight.
 I  worked with another old machine That was a battle to get the numbers I got as I wore no  hood.

60 pullups
220 old style very very steep
230 very medium depth
300 crunches incline
430  crunches
500 more crunches
5 minutes of plank 3 ways
60 Ab machine

practiced a lot of tai chi Tie Qi proper pronunciation more than yesterday. Good balance? yes/1
Gym 180 / 181.4.
