Day 1931 Effort only fully releases its reward after a person refuses to quit!

Today, we hit 2018 workouts as we exceed the year with the number of workouts!.

We must continue to focus on what we know because that allows our knowledge to grow.

I felt good and put on 3 layers of clothing.
Burned 2186 in 60 minutes- best way to describe the machine I work out on is it is a stair climber and an elliptical machine.

200 old style very very steep
270 very medium depth
330 crunches incline
400  crunches
500 more crunches
5 minutes of plank 3 ways
59 Ab machine

practiced a lot of tai chi Tie Qi proper pronunciation more than yesterday. Good balance
Weight 184.6 is the scale wrong ? Gym scale 185.0. not digital
