Day 1932 Wow! We are giving it our best shot

Today, we hit 2019 workouts as we exceed the year with the number of workouts!.

We must continue to focus on what we know because that allows our knowledge to grow.

I felt good and put on 3 layers of clothing.
Burned 2175 in 60 minutes- best way to describe the machine I work out on is it is a stair climber and an elliptical machine.
 I  worked with another old machine That was a battle to get the numbers I got as I wore the hood.

5 minutes of plank 3 ways
60 Ab machine

practiced a lot of tai chi Tie Qi proper pronunciation more than yesterday. Good balance? No
Weight 183.6 is the scale wrong ? Gym scale 184.0. not digital
