Day 1928 Workout # 2015! Now it is easier to remember the number of workouts

Today, we hit 2015 workouts as we exceed the year with the number of workouts!.

We must continue to focus on what we know because that allows our knowledge to grow.

I felt good and put on 3 layers of clothing.
Burned 2236 in 60 minutes- best way to describe the machine I work out on is it is a stair climber and an elliptical machine.

240 very medium depth
350 crunches incline
400  crunches
500 more crunches
5 minutes of plank 3 ways
54 Ab machine

practiced a lot of tai chi Tie Qi proper pronunciation more than yesterday. Good balance
Weight 183.2 is the scale wrong ? Gym scale 182.0. not digital
