Day 1930 70 from 2000; EFFORT ONLY FULLY RELEASES ITS REWARD AFTER

Today, we hit 2017 workouts as we exceed the year with the number of workouts!.

We must continue to focus on what we know because that allows our knowledge to grow.

I felt good and put on 3 layers of clothing.
Burned 2247 in 60 minutes- best way to describe the machine I work out on is it is a stair climber and an elliptical machine.
Unfortunately, the machine is performing poorly. Its an old machine and I have tried the other new machines and I am more adjusted to the old. So I will work withanother old machine tomorrow.

practiced a lot of tai chi Tie Qi proper pronunciation more than yesterday. Good balance
