Day 1935 as we approach the 1940's


Today, we hit 2022 workouts as we exceed the year with the number of workouts!.

We must continue to focus on what we know because that allows our knowledge to grow.


We will get to 70 today. Rain on the way .A great show the other night on 88.7 FM and www.wnhu.net- The Friday Night Sports Scene on from 8 to 10 pm! Every Friday.
I felt good and put on 3 layers of clothing.
Burned 2196 in 60 minutes- best way to describe the machine I work out on is it is a stair climber and an elliptical machine.
 I  worked with another old machine That was a battle to get the numbers I got as I wore no hood.

60 pullups
110 old style very very steep
210 very medium depth
380 crunches incline
330  crunches
400 more crunches
5 minutes of plank 3 ways
60 Ab machine

practiced a lot of tai chi Tie Qi proper pronunciation more than yesterday. Good balance? yes
 Gym scale 184.0. not digital/ 184.6 I stood around a lot.
