Day 1926 As we start June off with a bang! 87TH Double!

 Today, we hit 2013 workouts as we match the year with the number of workouts!


We will get to 86 today. A great show we had last night on 88.7 FM and www.wnhu.net- The Friday Night Sports Scene on from 8 to 10 pm! Every Friday.
I felt good and put on 3 layers of clothing.Got my weight down First time in a long time to under 180.After an awesome 2 hour workout where I got completely drenched

practiced a lot of tai chi Tie Qi proper pronunciation more than yesterday. Good balance
Weight 177.8 is the scale wrong ? Gym scale 179.0. not digital
