Day 1847 22 years for a very special person!

There are no excuses. I just did a lousy job of planning.
As a result, I had time for a cardio,stretch and some Tai Chi. I did no circuit training.

As I burned 2277 calories in the hour more than yesterday= mty

0 pullups 
0 crunches incline
0 old style crunches
0 new style crunches decline
 minutes of plank 3 ways
Ab machine
practiced some tai chi Tie Gee proper pronunciation=say
Weight 184.8 a little less than yesterday=mty

Day 1848 All right, SHOWTIME!
