Day 1836 Have I really worked out everyday since 2/23/08?

You have no idea why I do this, do you? You question my loyalty, right. Well, it is all here in this blog. The blog that has 1,373 posts. I started recording my workouts everyday on Day 483 That is when we started posting every day. On Day 480 we posted our first workout blog. June 8, 2009.

Today I felt great. I attended a meeting at 6 am and was on the machine at 748 am. It is funny I attended a motivational meeting. It is funny because I have been to and been in so many of those types a meetings in my life that I am confident I can definitely run one. :-)

 
40 pullups
160 crunches incline
160 old style crunches
160 new style crunches decline
  5 minutes of plank 3 ways
Ab machine 43
practiced some tai chi
Weight 185.4
