Day 1843 A good workout, church and rediscover oneself!

Thank you, God as my legs were fresh as ever. I donned new sneakers and new shorts and got confused as to how much sleep I would get when I set the alarm for 525 and the alarm only thing was when I went to bed which was 1045 it was really 1145. So I slept about 5 and a half hours.

No matter, I still felt great and am definitely looking forward to the new firm mattress that has been ordered.

As I burned 2404 calories in the hour

44 pullups
200 crunches incline
200 old style crunches
200 new style crunches decline
5 minutes of plank 3 ways
Ab machine 53
practiced some tai chi Tie Gee proper pronunciation
Weight 184.2 a little more than yesterday

Heck I splurged for 2 beers.
