Day 1835 Awesome!

Great day. Caught up on some sleep. On machine at 1030 am did 2300 calorie burn  in the hour felt stronger and fresher. It is a rather dank day but still not freezing but still not spring.Did a strong circuit;

37 pullups
160 crunches incline
160 old style crunches
160 new style crunches decline
  5 minutes of plank 3 ways
Ab machine 41
practiced some tai chi
Weight 189.4

I do enjoy the vitality I have. I think the new mattress needs to brought in.I need a firm mattress and a new pair of sneakers. That should my cause immensely.

Now, it is off to work and then sleep for a 445 am wake up call.  

Day 1836 Have I really worked out everyday since 2/23/08?
