Day 1840 Here we go!

I have a adopted a tougher attitude during my workout
  • I wear the hood on during my workout
  • I do not change my clothes after my hard 60 minutes of cardio
  • I do not let up
  • I want to do more of everything each day
  • I try to find something that gets me edgy while I am doing my exercises

Today I burn 2329 calories in the hour by really working hard down the stretch or should I say playing hard do the stretch.

 44 pullups
180 crunches incline
180 old style crunches
180 new style crunches decline
  5 minutes of plank 3 ways
Ab machine 54
practiced some tai chi Tie Gee proper pronunciation
Weight 186.2 same

Day 1841 Does anyone else walk around for six or seven hours a day?
