Day 1251 There is a certain coolness in the air

Sounds strange but here we are in the middle of the dog days of summer and I'm saying that there is a coolness in the air. I have decided to post my workouts in this fashion for now.

  1. In sixty minutes I burned 1312 calories
  2. 40 assisted chin ups
  3. 750 crunches
  4. 365 floor crunches
  5. seven minutes of plank
As I look at these five, I realize that I have not done these every one of the 1251 straight days.
The constant is the # 1. That is the workout where I sweat the most and work the hardest. Numbers 2 through 5, I have gone with or without for several periods of time.

Day 1252 the weather has cooled off a little let's see how long this continues.
