Day 1250- Yey, we are making strides towards 1300 days

It is a beautiful morning as you can feel the humidity lift.I felt extra strong today as I pushed through on all my exercises.
  1. In sixty minutes I burned 1339 calories
  2. 60 assisted chin ups
  3. 1150 crunches
  4. 260 floor crunches
  5. six minutes of plank
That is a strong all around workout. I am psyched and I feel good as I sit here rehydrating myself. As we get closer to August 4TH my thoughts are moving towards a demand for a Giant return of Tiki.

Thus far I have had one dissension as I have sounded the call for the Gmen to bring Mr Barber back.

Day 1251 is the next step towards 1300.
