Workout number 2059 as we did our 89TH double-on Day 1962.
This was nowhere near as phenomenal a challenge. My calve muscles have loosened up and I am no longer being nagged by a foot ailment that I did go away.I felt good to back to the friendly confines of the gym and rising at 410 am to get going and  put on 2 layers of clothing and a hood, I was warm. I burned 2080 in 60 minutes and did

50 pullups
220 old style very very steep wow!
220 very medium depth
300 crunches incline
330 crunches
400 more crunches
5 minutes of plank 3 ways
50 Ab machine
practiced a lot of tai chi Tie Qi proper pronunciation more than yesterday. Good balance? yes
