A great show was aired last night on 88.7 FM on the Friday Night Sports Scene heard from 8 to 10 pm, where a few interesting topics were raised.
1) Will the Mets look to cut short Matt Harvey's inning's this year as he approach's 200 innings pitched for the year/ ala Nats' Strasburgh 2012?
2) The NHL realignment could it be a result of the owners trying to save travel expenses?
3) Could Arod be in such hot water the Baseball Union is powerless to help him get out?

Workout number 2062 as we did our 89TH double-on Day 1962.
Today Day 1975 we did our 90TH double and burned 4192 calories in 120 minutes. It is still humid but not as bad as before dew point is 68 temperature is lower. My back will be tested today.
With 2 layers and the hood on.
Today, despite a sore back we did a 2080 calorie in 60 minutes

practiced a lot of tai chi Tie Qi proper pronunciation more than yesterday. Good balance? yes
Tai Chi class awesome! Next class- today, Wednesday July 17TH did not go had pick up clothes at the dry cleaners. Don't ask. My Tai Chi came in handy. 182.
