Day 1892 Eighty fifth double, sweet.

Eighty fifth double

 I was very determined to enjoy a great workout! Had to do a double.What a relaxing feeling when you know instead of having time to do a one hour workout you actually have time to do a two hour workout. Time is indeed your friend when you are enjoying it.

I slept from 1030 pm to 715 am. Yep, a total of  8 hours and 45  minutes.

I need to get more callers and guests for the Friday 8 to 10 pm sports talk show.

practiced a lot of tai chi Tie Qi proper pronunciation more than yesterday
Weight 184.0 is the scale wrong?
