Day 1891 we are getting near 2000 workouts.

 As I mentioned before their have been 84 day where I have done 2 hour hard cardiovascular workouts. When you add 84 and 1891 you get 1973  one hour workouts.27 more workouts to hit 2k!

I slept from 12 pm until 545 am. Yep, a total of  5 hours and 45  minutes.
I need to get more callers and guests for the Friday 8 to 10 pm sports talk show.

Burned 2355 in 60 minutes.
30 pullups no vest
30 old style very steep no vest
300 crunches incline no vest
300 new style no vest
5 minutes of plank 3 ways no vest
30 Ab machine no vest

practiced a lot of tai chi Tie Qi proper pronunciation more than yesterday
Weight 190.0 is the scale wrong?
