Day 1877 Work out, work Yale vs Quinnipiac

Five years and seven weeks!

A later start to my work schedule granted me 2 additional hours prior to going to work so I am taking this time to unwind from a busy schedule. It feels good to rest but I am getting ancy and want to move around .

Total sleep? About six  hours.

As I burned 2272 calories in the hour more pain the pinky than yesterday. Play with pain.

270 crunches incline
270 new style

5 minutes of plank 3 ways
60 Ab machine
back on track!

practiced a lot of tai chi Tie Qi proper pronunciation more than yesterday
Weight 186.4 is the scale wrong?
