Day 1871 A day off; maybe a double?




 No double
 Felt great after getting  some rest.
but, a good hard effort yields some good numbers!


As I burned 2356 calories in the hour more than yesterday= mty

46 pullups

320 old style
350 crunches incline
310 new style

5 minutes of plank 3 ways
60 Ab machine
back on track!

practiced a lot of tai chi Tie Qi proper pronunciation more than yesterday


Weight 184.0 is the scale wrong?.
Day 1872 Warmer days are ahead!
