Day 1873 More Tai chi and workout chi and work chi!

They got that pound of flesh out of me today. I was worked hard then decided to stay up late to follow the conclusion of the NCAA tournament.
Total sleep? About four and a quarter hours.

As I burned 2247 calories in the hour more than yesterday= mty

5 minutes of plank 3 ways
60 Ab machine
back on track!

practiced a lot of tai chi Tie Qi proper pronunciation more than yesterday
Weight 185.2 is the scale wrong?
