Day 1591 Another double?

Two doubles back to back in this heat? Well, I was not moving fast the second time around. But heck, just SHOW UP AND FIGHT!

I worked out 2 hours and six minutes.I even switched machines to try to burn more calories. I burned at a slower pace than yesterday but still did burn 4620 calories and do 51 chin ups with 10 minutes of plank and 430 killers and 520 crunches and 700 q's and 800 floors. I weighed in at 179.

Day 1592 Now we are on to show #3!
