Day 1600 Oh my

What a day a refreshing reprieve. The heat is on hold for a while. With a good burn of 2313 in 60. A 71 chin up and 11 minute plank. A crunch fest I did 340 crunches, 450 crunches and 710 q's. 800 floors. Weight 183.

To reach 1600 days in a row of doing an hour of hard cardio and to do 54  days of two hours of hard cardio means that you have to sell out. You have to be  more than involved you have to be committed.Your mind has to be set on your daily objective. It must become who you are not what you do.

I know I sound a little authoritative but this just what I found out.
