All I know is that I got up at 412 am and got on the machine at 452 am. I was on the machine for 65 minutes and in the 60 minutes where I was not cooling down I burned 2405( from not walking all day before?) calories.That is one of my better runs in awhile. I did 54 chin ups and 4 minutes of plank- Tough to do with fractured big toe. I did 350 killers,470 crunches,710 q's and 800 floors. I weighed in at 180!
Now, I believe I continue on light duty. I think I go back to regular duty when the doctor sees me on Tuesday.
Day 1616 That is a really neat number!
