Day 1586 As we close in on 1600.

And work on getting our legs back under us. As was the situation last Monday, when I concluded a span of three hours of cardiovascular workouts in 19 hours. So for two Mondays in a row I did an average of 1 cardiovascular workout ever 6 hours and 20 min. Where is Stu Mittleman who ran 1000 miles in eleven days? How about miles ahead of me.Ole Stu, averaged (11x 24= 244 hours) he averaged 4 miles an hour for 11 day days.Which meant he technically never stopped running for 11 days!

The weather today is just glorious. 


Anyway my body is beginning to feel more refreshed as I get back to a more familiar pattern.

I burned 2263 in an hour and did 53 chin ups with 7 minutes of plank and 220 killers with 530 crunches and 730 q's and 900 floors.Weighed in at a surprising 181.

Day 1587 Shall we workout?
