Day 1564 back to a great workout

AMEN Burned 2342 as we got back in the swing of it.Did 40 94 pound assisted chin ups and 5 minutes on the plank.My crunches were not perfect yet. As I did 150 killers and 200 crunches with 340 q's and 800 floors weighed in  at  183.

My knee feels a little balky but it feel better. I am lined up for a Sunday to Saturday run of work.

Day 1565 Four years and 105 days!
