Day 1581 we are inside the 20- the green zone!

Try the hot zone. Without anything but a strong desire to see if wearing two layers would be a good enough workout. I pressed on to an awesome workout by burning    2308 calories in 60, 50 chin ups, 8 minutes of plank,340 killers,500 crunches,700 q crunches and 800 floor crunches. I weighed in at 184.

The temperature today is supposed to climb to 100 degrees.Whoa, my house is a tough 80 something and yesterday was at 90. The gym is at or around 75.

Dressed fed and ready to play.


Day 1582 The forecast is for not as hot.
