Day 1577 (such neat numbers), where we do our 52ND double and prepare for the show!

Fifty two workouts where I did two hours or more of cardio is in the books. Now we take a look at the numbers:

  • 4568 calories burn in 120 minutes
  • 61 90 pound assisted chin ups 
  • 7 minutes of plank
  • 360 killer crunches
  • 480 crunches
  • 720 quantum crunches
  • 800 floor crunches
  • weight 180
I just felt ten feet- tall.

Day 1578 Now, we do a quick workout and then a radio talk show!
