Day 1567 Beat 2368!

Nice try as I gave maximum effort. Stomach on the funny cide  but, did answer the bell as I burned 2282 and plowed through chin ups and planks and crunches. Did 43 chin ups with 94 pounds of assistance. Did two sets of plank one for 3 minutes and 5 minutes.Did 200 killers,330 crunches and 610 q's and 900 floor crunches. Weight 185.

Hearing some one tell about the minutia of their workout is about as exciting as hearing some one tell you about each stroke in their eighteen holes of golf-LOL-

Day 1568 We are a #32 Jim Brown from 1600.
